Family Connections is proud to celebrate its 20 years of service in the Portola neighborhood. 2013 marks a full two decades of providing high-quality, linguistically and culturally relevant support services to families in one of the most underserved neighborhoods in the city. Family Connections presence in the Portola has helped to revitalize a neglected, immigrant community. The neighborhood has gone from having unsafe streets, very few educational, health or family services and little visibility in the eyes of public officials to a vibrant community, with safer streets, a web of supportive services and an empowered community with a voice in City Hall. Family Connections is proud to have been an organizer, advocate and supporter of this important change.
To support another 20 years of service, we are hosting a fundraiser to both honor the staff and participants who have been instrumental in Family Connections success. Our longevity in the community is something to celebrate. Our continued service to San Francisco is critical to over 2,000 parents and children per year.
We’ll have live music, wine, appetizers, live music and a great program honoring Family Connections!\

3. Become a Sponsor
